#32 Incorrect fiels in e-gold payment form

Several fields of the e-gold SCI payment form are wrong
and/or don't make sense.

Atleast these should change:

These fields can be removed:
<input type="hidden" name="BAGGAGE_FIELDS"
value="CUSTOMERID">
<input type="hidden" name="CUSTOMERID" value="0">
