#2 distmake still waiting...

Just noticed a case where distmake will report "distmake still waiting for: <jobname>" indefinetly. if you log onto the remote host, the job is nowhere to be found. I suspect that the root of the problem is network hardware dropping a packet or something, but I wonder if distmake can be enhanced to notice a broken TCP connection (or timeout eventually) or something instead of just waiting forever.</jobname>
