There will be a domain dedicated centrally to this for getting a high resolution image for a lithographic representation of the person, which is the same sort of image but of the facial and lower neck and shoulder region that will be on the passbook and electronic security card; this is partly due to making it harder to counterfiet and getting a valid lithograph which add up to a certain checksum, this domain will also be used to facial recognition them at bording terminals and so on this will be on something like as an api rooted for the hived remote cloud to use live at avatar.distances.mil for example...
