#1 samplereverb2.cpp fails to compile

LASS (4)

It appears that samplereverb2.cpp does not compile. The
following output is generated when typing make in the
samples directory:

As it happens, there is no function in the repository code
for treating the reverb percent as an envelope. We'll have
to find what happened to this code and remove
    samplereverb2.cpp from the point release.

I'm marking this a duplicate of bug 1324438, because the
real problem is what happened to that method.
