#76 Display all elements button on Display Table tag

Hi,

I'd like to add a feature request :

Would it be possible for you to add a "display all elements" button on the display table tag ? (Well, basically, that would be a dynamic pagesize attribute with the size of the elements' list).

This is related to http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/DISPL-36 , which seems to be not integrated yet.
