#65 HTML id attribute for table header

Please provide a way to specify the HTML id of the
table header that is constructed by the
<display:column> tag.</display:column>

This will allow for advanced real-time javascript
manipulations on the table. The modification is very
easy. I've made them myself for a modified build for
the European Commission. Just add a parameter like
'headerId' to the column and ELColumn tag.
