Diskperf is a c program that will compile on Solaris x64 & SPARC, Redhat/Fedora/Scientific Linux and SUSE. It has been modified by University of Southern California, Clemson University and Omnibond systems.
It is load generator for mass storage, and is an easy to use tool to compare different disk configurations. It has been used extensively with UFS, QFS, XFS, EXT3/4, NFS, and PVFS/OrangeFS.
