How to change the result of the formation of the file, I want to kind of was,
YYMMdd-HHmm.png

So can you do? Or provide to change it in the program settings?

Thanks for using this app.
There were no settings for format string of time for log files. So I made it configurable by directly editing the settings file in Ver 1.1.2.
After start and end this app, there will be "settings.xml" file created in the same folder. Then you can change the value of "TimeFormat" item to yyMMdd-HHmm. Please note that if a test completes within one minute, the log file can be overwritten.
This app is written in VB on Windows Forms platform. The source code is available at Git section of this page.
