[TANK-develop] Server is finally back up.

Hi Guys,

Sorry about the delay getting the server back up.  Basically my new ISP 
stuffed up configuring my account so it took a week or so longer than it 
should have.

The CVS root is now :pserver:use...@td...:/cvsroot/tank

Your home dirs are /home/users/username

There is now a group dir at /home/groups/tdt

Your passwords for both shell and cvs access are the same as what they were 
before the server rebuild.

If you have any problems please email me at bc...@ne... and I'll 
look into it.
