[TANK-develop] Website has moved.

Hey Guys,

I have moved the website to it's new addess, and placed a url redirector 
page at the old location.

the new url is http://tdt.ath.cx/

it is still running on the same server, just a different name.  the files 
are under /home/www/tdt.ath.cx/

I have also setup automatic mailing of cvs commits from the repository as well.
