like when I insert the picture, If I want the height or the width changed the only option I have is to grab the corner which makes the entire picture get larger. Did I explain it better or is that more confusing?

Now I see what you are speaking about.
However, rescaling only the height or the width of images is not possible currently. Aspect ratio will be kept.
