#2 Allow to select fitting range

In the current version of KUPLOT, the fitting is always
done over the complete range of the dataset. One should
be able to selectthe fitting range via a new command,
or the fitting range is limited to the current range
plotted.

Implementation: Setting weights to 0 outside the
desired range.
