#60 Load multiple label equates files

Rather than the default label file and the user defined label file it should be possible to load no label in advance but:

• to add the Atari OS equates
• to add e.g. SpartaDOS equates
• to add e.g. Happy 1050 firmware equates
• to add a predifined label file for the next project

A saved potential workspace should of course include all of them.
