In both the Connection and Transport modules, we need a method for Site Specific prompt augmentation.

perhaps something like:

Transport::Telnet
Transport::Telnet::SiteSpecific

The distribution shall never deliver this file, but use it when present.

We must maintain backwards compatability from the Transport Modules.
