#4 Make the slider for the devs-list dynamic

I am not using the last bank of devices, but when using the slider to scroll, the empty bank is there. Would be nice, if the slider used would be more like a real slider, ie. dynamic, not static.
Well, probably this problem will be gone anyway once DO went ReAction... ;-)
