I am interesseted in writing a directx implementation for linux (at the moment just a wish). Perhaps the source code of this great project can help me. Where can I get it?

Most of the code hs been checked into wine, if you checkout or downlaod a recient version of wine the directx related code is in the /dlls/wined3d and /dlls/d3d9. DirectX is implemented over OpenGL snd doesn't use the HAL as windows does.
