How to use in a C++ project Visual Studios 2105

I'm trying to embedd or extend to directpython11, first time trying to implement anything like this into a C++ project. What is the best way to go about implementing this into my current project? I can't really find anything on how to do this, the project is using windowsSDK from windows 10. Any help would be gratefully apperciated.
