#19 directory_administrator can't install.

My OS is SuSE8.1:
#rpm -ivh directory_administrator-1.5.1-1.i586.rpm
error: failed dependencies:

directory_administrator-1.5.1-1

I checked /usr/local/ssl/lib:

I checked /lib

The three files already exist but it still has error
messages.How should I do? Thanks for your help!!
