#41 creating host groups for host based access

It would make sysadmin's life much easier if Directory Administrator
would allow to create groups of hosts (workstations, servers, etc) and
then assign host based access based on these groups, instead of
individual host entries.

I've googled for the way to implement such feature either in ldiff file or
thru management software, but without much of luck.
