#64 missing options

Hi!
I'm using directory administrator v. 1.5.1.
When i try to configure options in preference section,
the user creation options and pasword policies tabs are
are disabled (i can see it but can't make change at all).

I use samba 3 on my pdc and ldap 2.0.23
