We are getting an error messge whenever the
transceiver is plugged in and direcpc module is loaded:

DPC: EILSEQ on receive.

Can someone please tell me what this error message
means and a possible solution.

The only time I've seen this is just after pulling the power
plug on the device (about 20 of 'em). In your case it could
be a USB bus error, possibly from a bad connection.

I see about 8 when I pull the USB plug - which is probably
exactly the same as whitedeath's unplugging the power. In
either case, there'll be a USB disconnect, so I tend to agree
it's a bad USB connection.
