#6 USB problems

I haven't got much experience with Linux and USB so
I'm not really sure where to start trying to work this
out, plug the sat modem in to the linux box and get
this message:
hub.c: USB new device connect on bus2/1, assigned
device number 4

I then get:
dpc_usb.c: intr urb status -110

regularly and it doesn't seem to be talking to the
direway box at all.

Any ideas?

"intr urb" was only used in the first version
The current reccomended version is 1.1.4 or higher
