#13 MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE not in direcpc.o

For Hotplug to automatically load the direcpc module,
depmod needs to find the MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE
entries. I don't know what's wrong with the way
MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE is defined - though I think it
might be because it's in dpc_usb rather than direcpc -
but no entries for direcpc are created
in /lib/modules/2.4.*/modules.usbmap
