    What do you think of integrating directory encryption with windows explorer? Shell integration feature would cause more transparent service to user.
    Please tell me what you think about it.

    Form point of the User you are right.
    From point of Administrator i try to avoid tools witch integrate them self into the System. Because of concerns about stability..
    But thats yust my personal opinion.
    You should find similar tools wich can doo this. For example 7zip can also create  a self extracting exe, but for a basic user its more complicate to handle.
