#11 Incorrect representation of some ASCII table characters

Inbetween special characters like underscore, an empty pixel is shown, interrupting the line, something like shown below:

To reproduce this bug, try running Norton Commander. The borders of the 2 panels should consist of noninterrupted lines, but Dioscuri shows short interruptions.
