Greetings,

I have added the DinkC++ parser to the CVS Repository as a separate 
module, ``dinkcpp".  It will later be turned into a library (sorry 
Francis) and interfaced with Windemere using the UBAR -ldinkcpp.  YAY!

(Maybe I drank a bit TOO much Coke... Nah)
