After meeting is over the attendees should be shown a
simple feedback page. This will have two things:
1. one question: "Please rate Dimdim" with four
checkboxes with labels: Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor
2. Text area for leaving comments with submit button.

On clicking the submit button email should go to
feedback@dimdim.com with the relevant results.

On clicking on submit button they should be shown a
page thanking them and asking them if they want to
register to host meetings. the link should take
attendees to the registration page.

After the meeting, Presenters should be shown only the
feedback page as they are already registered.

sample survey page can be found here:

The rating idea is OK, Im not going to begrudge you the desire to get feedback on your product. Although I would like to emphasize my reluctance to have just anyone being able to be able to register to host meetings on a server that I am running. Perhaps instead of a link to the registration page, it should link to DimDims' home/download/purchase page.

yes agreed a survey page would be grate but also an evaluation test would be a good idea.

I have used this feature in Webex. When using the system many times in a day (I am a teacher) this feedback form is annoying, as it pops up all the time. It should be somehow configurable, example: feedback form to all, feedback form to attendees (not presenter), no feedback form.
