    Hi,
I noticed that when the teacher closes the room, a message is sent to the student that the classroom is closed.  When the student closes the window, the Dimdim control panel opens and the student can then open a new classroom and invite guests.

I would expect that the only one who could open a classroom would be the teacher.  When the class is over, the teacher should be able to close the classroom and the students should have no further access to Dimdim until the next scheduled class time.

    Thanks,
    Clarence

      Hi Clarence,

      Thanks for using Dimdim.

We agree that access control should be put in place to make sure that only authorized persons can start meetings. We have given access control lower
priority than the core web meeting functionality. The reason for this
prioritization is to ensure that the core technology works flawlessly
before we control access to it.

Usability is very important for us. So please keep posting on this (usability) forum.

      Thanks.
