I have installed Dimdim and all seems to have gone well... after updateing my Server to meet required JRE and Tomcat.

As far as I know I followed each and every step to install and run Dimdim.

Here is my Server Spec's now:

Tomcat Version      JVM Version      JVM Vendor      OS Name      OS Version      OS Architecture

Apache Tomcat/5.5.9      1.5.0_05-b05      Sun Microsystems Inc.      Linux      i386

Here is the out come of doing the checks as suggested:
    root@tcsnet [/usr/local/dimdim]# env | grep JAVA_HOME

    root@tcsnet [/usr/local/dimdim]# $JAVA_HOME/bin/java -version
    java version "1.5.0_05"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_05-b05)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0_05-b05, mixed mode, sharing)

I have tried running on port 8080 (same as Tomcat) and even changeing ports without success.

I am not sure what I have done wrong or is I missed a step.

      Hi Rohit,
      Please forgive me... but.
I am not sure what you mean by VM Image.

I have sent the wrapper.log to your E-mail Address above.

I found (and reported as a bug) that dimdim won't run on port 8080.  Switching to port 8500 worked for me though.  I think there is some other tomcat-based component that is grabbing the port 8080 before the default servlet cant, and therefore, a web client can't get a response from port 8080.  Try switching to port 8500.
