#22 schedule meeting: error message "key in use"

in schedule meeting form if a new meeting is scheduled
with a conf key which is already associated wth a
scheduled meeting a error message comes which says:
"key is use"

this is a confusing error message and does not give the
user an idea as what is to be done to rectify the
situation. please change the error message to "Given
meeting key is already associated with a scheduled
meeting. Please give a different meeting key"
