#42 Finish JavaAPI class implementing DijjerAPI

Dijjer would be useful for one of my projects if I
could embed it. The DijjerAPI interface is perfect.
If only there was an implementation... :) The JavaAPI
class is obviously a start, but right now each method
throws a "Not Implemented Yet!!!" exception.
