#35 Mac Installer installs spurious CVS directories

The mac 1.08 installer installs:

/CVS
/Library/CVS
/Library/StartupItems/CVS
/Library/StartupItems/Dijjer/CVS
/usr/CVS
/usr/local/CVS
/usr/local/dijjer/CVS

each CVS directory contains Entries, Repositories and Root

The serious problem is my CVS repository is at /CVS, and the
installer broke it.

It should not be installing any CVS directories, but the CVS
directories in the dijjer folders would be okay

I checked the installer with Pacifist, this problem is definately fixed :)
