#4 DiGIR isn't working

I am trying to install DiGIR on a LAMP Server running
Fedora 5, Apache 2.2, MySQL 5.0, PHP 5.1.4. It doesn't
work.

One problem is that digir.xsd fails to parse
successfully. Msg = XML error in given file digir.xsd'
on line 13 column 42. Reason:> required

I am running the latest modules from CVS.

There are PHP errors and web pages are not built
properly or at all under IE or Fire Fox.
