The above page, which is subordinate to http://digir.sourceforge.net/, has an error. I am a newbie. Can someone please try to get the above link fixed?

The link is not actually broken. That document is available at that location. The issue is likely that the document does not contain valid XML because it is missing a DOCTYPE declaration. The XML itself is legal, and the document does actually contain a real example of a response, which does not include the DOCTYPE declaration. If you get an error page in your browser, view the source to see the actual response.
