#39 version tracking confusion

http://digir.sourceforge.net/ refers to the current
schema as v1.5, but the sourceforge entry it refers to
carries a CVS revision tag of 1.7. It is difficult to see
from the Schema itself that this should be referred to as
v 1.5 (if indeed that is the case).
