#26 old version of UDDI4J

the latest versions of UDDI4J underwent a restructuring
and renaming (i.e. all the package names changed).
investigate whether the new API is functionally similar
and if it would be straightforward to upgrade to support
the latest version. this would require coding changes
maining in RegistryAccess.java.
