the provider cache needs to store multiple conceptual
schemas per provider (per resource?) and allow for easy
indexing of provider (resource?) based on conceptual
schema

this was done a release or two ago, however i am not closing
the bug because i believe some clean up and/or investigation
needs to occur regarding how it was done. however, the
priority has been lowered since technically it works.
