[DIGImend-users] Problem with UC-Logic WP5540U and Blender in Linux

I have a graphic tablet Genius EasyPen i405 (UC-Logic WP5540U)
I have a problem with Blender on Linux (when making slowly strokes):

The tablet works fine in Windows with Blender. The tablet also works well
with GIMP, Krita and MyPaint on Linux. But the Blender developer has been
suggested that these programs may be smoothing the problem.
Perhaps you have a similar tablet and you can confirm the problem. There in
the report I share a .blend file if you need to test.
I'm a little lost because I don't know what cause this problem.
