[DIGImend-users] Gimp Crashes with text tool using huion 610

Hello,
Is it really necessary to install the Huion v5 driver in Ubuntu
distributions, Xubuntu, Ubuntu Gnome, etc. in 14.04.3 version and Kernel
3.19.0-26-generic?
I installed this driver and am having trouble with the text tool of Gimp
tool. The Gimp ceashes when I click on the document using the text tool. If
the tablet is not enabled and configured in Gimp can usually access this
tool with a mouse.
In the terminal, with the active tablet, and plugged in the PC the
following message appears:
(gimp: 2189): Gimp-Widgets-CRITICAL **: gimp_device_info_set_device:

(GDK_IS_DEVICE (info-> device) == NULL && device) 'failed
When I try to use the text tool Gimp crashes. That's the message that
appears on the terminal:
(script-fu: 2198): WARNING ** LibGimpBase-: script-fu: gimp_wire_read ():
error
Segmentation fault (core of the recorded image)
If I disable the tablet settings in the XFCE or apply the off mode in the
settings of Gimp input devices can also use the text tool with the mouse or
with the stylus and tablet. If I turn the table and save the setting, the
gimp crashes when I click on the open document.
