[DIGImend-devel] Tablet diagnostics

The appended Archive is valid for:
- Waltop Mars A
- Medion  P82018 ( MD 86635 )

There is only one "fault" with running it using the Wacom driver:
Upper and Middle button aren't distinguished by the Wacom driver.
Although HCIDump cleary can separate then ( XX 12 vs XX 13 ).

There are sensing fields serving as buttons, but I have no idea how they 
are expected to be configured.
