Thank you. This is as I suspected. This suggests that kernel reports correct
coordinates, but either xf86-input-evdev or X.org input subsystem mess it up
somewhere.

I'll have to try to debug it myself.

Still, "xinput test" output for the pen device, while it jumps, might be
useful.
