I just pushed "waltop" branch of usbhid-dump which I had locally for a long time and which enables this mode on Waltop tablets: http://digimend.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=digimend/usbhid-dump.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/waltop You can take a look at the top commit, or at uhd_iface_set_waltop_mode in lib/iface.c and its invocation in dump_iface_list_stream in src/usbhid-dump.c.
