These are mapped as intended and the mapping is this:

F1 - 67     - F1
F2 - 69     - F3
F3 - 70     - F4
F4 - 71     - F5
F5 - 73     - F7
F6 - 74     - F8
F7 - 191    - F13
F8 - 96     - F12

The index of the resulting F button basically indicates which bit is set in
the input report.

I'll have to think of a way to map these buttons to meaningful keys from
userspace.
