A mixup is to be expected, because the buttons are reported in a mixed up
way. My intention was to have these buttons mapped to some generic keys to
be remapped in userspace according to user's wishes.

However, I'll have to verify that this mapping is at least as
straightforward as possible.

I'll proceed to submitting the driver to the kernel once all the other users
report it working as expected.
