That's a known issue that has been fixed and a patch has been
submitted to the kernel.

Unfortunately to get your stylus buttons working you would need to
patch and recompile a kernel.  If Nick gets enough requests from
Fedora users he might roll a patched kernel for them and add it to
kernel-packages:

Before you go compiling be sure to run 'lsusb' in a terminal and check
the status of support for your tablet in:
