Hi everyone,

There was not a single SPAM message sent to the list starting from the
creation. So, I have disabled pre-moderation for the list postings both from
members and non-members to speed up message delivery.

If SPAM starts appearing on the list in noticeable amounts, I'll re-enable
pre-moderation.
