I tried Uclogic and it output some data (max x, max y, manufacturer,
pressure, resoluton and button status; internal model is blank)

Yes I did it, I forgot to mention in the previous mail, I tried before and
it didn't work, but in case I made any mistake I tried again and now the
tablet did work. I haven't tested that much but it seems everything works.
I will send a pull request with the changes.
