Okay. So the tablet works! Thanks for your gracious assistance! The only
problem left is Inkscape. Well.. It didn't work in Windows as well. So I
guess it's just Inkscape. The tablet works in My Paint and GIMP (the only
two softwares I tried the tablet with).

It should be possible to make Inkscape work.
But I haven't tried it for a while.

It's not exactly a patch, rather just a driver. It should work on distros with
kernels starting with 3.5. Please write, if it doesn't.

The mouse works well enough. No problem encountered.
I tried to compile the driver file in Manjaro to no avail. Here's the
output in terminal
$ make
make -C /lib/modules/3.10.63-1-MANJARO/build
SUBDIRS=/home/username/Downloads/digimend-kernel-drivers-master modules
make[1]: *** /lib/modules/3.10.63-1-MANJARO/build: No such file or
directory.  Stop.
Makefile:10: recipe for target 'modules' failed
make: *** [modules] Error 2

Anything missing?

Yes, you need headers for your kernel version installed. I'm not a user of
Manjaro or Arch Linux and I couldn't find a definite answer how it should be
done quickly, so you'll have to figure it out yourself.
