#23 UC-Logic TWHL850 frame buttons mixed up

The UC-Logic Wireless Tablet TWHL850 has frame buttons reported in the order not matching the physical order.

As they're reported as scan codes, it is not easy to remap them using the current driver, which uses the default mode.

A way to switch the tablet to proprietary mode, which uses button indices, is still to be determined.

A USB traffic dump, containing switching to the proprietary mode, was obtained from a Windows driver and needs to be attached to this bug.
