#18 Jumping tablet cursor with transformation matrix on evdev

Tablet cursor jumps occasionally when moving the pen, if the tablet is handled by xf86-input-evdev and a non-identity coordinate transformation matrix is set for the pointer device.

Upstream bug reported and fixed: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49347

The fix should be reported to distributions and driven to inclusion. At least Debian and Ubuntu should be fixed.
